Stewards of the mysteries of God.
1 Corinthians 3:23-4:2, ... and you are Christ’s, and Christ is God’s. This is how one should regard us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found trustworthy.
It’s as one writer observed, we are beggars, who having found bread tell other beggars where to find it! When we come to faith by the grace of God, and when we are given His amazing gifts, we know for sure that we are only stewards of all that He has given us. Are we good stewards of His gifts?
We thank You for Your amazing grace, and the gifts You give us; help us to be faithful to bring glory to Your name!
