Complete cleansing
Isaiah 6:5, Then I said, “Woe is me, for I am ruined! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I live among a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.”
Coming into the Holiness of God brought forth Isaiah’s realization of the need for cleansing. Today, the Lord has given us His Holy Spirit to bring conviction of sin. When we come into His presence, we can do so confidently by the blood of Christ, knowing He has paid the price that we could never pay. Isaiah was granted the cleansing of his lips by a hot coal from the altar, by the grace of God; we are cleansed completely by the precious blood of the Lamb.
