Walk according to the Spirit.

Romans 8:1-4, There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death. For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, in order that the requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

We have the law not as a source of salvation, but to show us our great need. God loved His creation enough that He was not willing to abandon us to sin and death, and has sent us His Son, a perfect sacrifice. He has done what we could never do, and not only that He has sent us His Holy Spirit, so that even though our bodies are dead in sin, "yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness."

Come, Holy Spirit, for we need You today; help us in our weakness and help us to bring Your life-giving good news to others!
