Your king is coming to you.

Zechariah 9:9, Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your king is coming to you; He is just and endowed with salvation, humble, and mounted on a donkey, even on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

We are reminded that our king came not in the way of the world, showing off His power and glory, turning stones into bread or jumping from the tower to be saved by angels. He came in all humility, filled with the Holy Spirit, able to use the scripture in turning away from the temptation of the devil. He wants us to do likewise, to walk in humility with Him, to receive His Holy Spirit and to know the power of scripture in defeating the schemes of the devil!

We want to walk humbly with You, to be filled with Your Spirit and to remember to use Your "sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God."
