Like the lion.

Jeremiah 25:38, "He has left His hiding place like the lion; for their land has become a horror because of the fierceness of the oppressing sword, and because of His fierce anger."

We are blessed by living in the age of the grace of God, knowing that He has loved the world enough to send His own Son. And that His Son has paid the price that we never could pay, who came not to judge the world but to save it, suffering the wrath of the cross. We know that there is no day like today for those who do not know Him, and that there is a day of wrath to come. Certainly the wrath of God was felt by the nations of Jeremiah’s time, but that will be nothing like the ultimate judgment.

Open our eyes to those who are ready to receive You while there is still hope!
