Forgiving one another.

Ephesians 4:32, Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

We have a disturbing parable from Jesus about a debtor with an unimaginable debt who is forgiven by a gracious king. And yet he goes out to demand payment from one who owes him a paltry amount! How easy it is for us to forget all that we have been forgiven by His grace and demand of others what we have not been able to do ourselves. What could happen if we forgave each other as we have been forgiven? What could happen if we overlook another’s faults and failed to take offense? What if we were as kind to them as He has been to us?

Thank You for Your forgiveness that we may be forgiving, kind and tenderhearted to others.
