The Expected One.
Matthew 11:2-3, Now when John in prison heard of the works of Christ, he sent word by his disciples, and said to Him, “Are You the Expected One, or shall we look for someone else?”
John had to be wondering as he sat in prison as we sometimes wonder when the darkness surrounds us. We have faith to light the way in those times, and His promise that even though we will have trouble in this world, He will be with us. He is there even beyond the ends of all time!
We have all our hope in You, Lord Jesus!
