All may be judged who did not believe the truth.

2 Thessalonians 2:11-12, And for this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they might believe what is false, in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness.

This is one of those tough passages, like the one where God says that he will harden Pharaoh’s heart that he and all his people will know that He is the Lord. There’s little doubt that there are scriptures like this that are hard to understand; there’s also little doubt that I have a lot of trouble understanding things here on earth! His plans will one day amaze us all with His wisdom, glory and power.
