Our glory and joy.
1 Thessalonians 2:19-20, For who is our hope or joy or crown of exultation? Is it not even you, in the presence of our Lord Jesus at His coming? For you are our glory and joy.
One of my favorite teachers challenged us to always have a list of five names of people we are praying for who do not know the Lord. That means that we must put ourselves into situations where we will actually meet other people who might not know him, that we must learn to listen to others and ask a couple of questions. And amazing things happen when we pray, others come to know Him. We might or might not be able to directly lead them to the Lord, but nevertheless amazing things happen!
We thank You that You allow us to participate in Your amazing plans to draw others to Yourself; help us to be faithful in prayer for those whom You bring our way who do not know You!
