Welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you.
Romans 15:5-7, May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.
Christ departed His glory to rescue the weak, for without Him we are all dead, lifeless in our sin. And we who have been rescued have an obligation to the weak that is higher than seeking our own pleasure. Do we have the fruits of His Spirit, His love and joy abounding that we are known by our love and harmony for other believers? Do we see this a giving God glory?
We thank You for all that You have done; fill us with Your Holy Spirit, convict us of our shortcomings and let Your joy and peace overflow to everyone we meet!
