Worthy are you.
Revelation 5:9-10, And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation, and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth.”
God has presented a scroll with seven seals, and amazingly there was no one worthy to open it but the Lamb of God. It’s not too amazing that there was no one on earth who could open it, but even in heaven it is known only by God. Yet there is One who is worthy, the only One who is fully God and fully man, Jesus Christ, Son of God, son of man, crucified and resurrected, firstborn of many! Do we recognize all that He has done for us?
We give thanks that in You we are secure, for You alone are worthy!
