We shall also bear the image of the man of heaven.

1 Corinthians 15:47-49, The first man was from the earth, a man of dust; the second man is from heaven. As was the man of dust, so also are those who are of the dust, and as is the man of heaven, so also are those who are of heaven. Just as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the man of heaven.

In this life we know that it is “ashes to ashes, dust to dust.” He offers us His new birth, a chance to believe in Him that by faith we may be born again, to be raised to His new life as a those of heaven! He has paid the price for us and desires to set us free from the power of sin and death! Do we see ourselves as a those of heaven?

We thank You for Your new birth; breathe on us Your new life of the spirit that we may bear the image of the man of heaven!
