The power of an indestructible life.

Hebrews 7:15-17, And this is clearer still, if another priest arises according to the likeness of Melchizedek, who has become such not on the basis of a law of physical requirement, but according to the power of an indestructible life. For it is witnessed of Him, “Thou art a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.”

We are indeed blessed by Him who is greater than any human priest. For His basis of priesthood is based not on law, but on His indestructible life. To the enemy, the cross was intended to be the end of His life; yet by His perfect sacrifice, we are raised to indestructible life with Him. He is both willing and able to impart that indestructible life to those who come to Him and receive Him. How amazing is the offer that He makes?
