He is able to come to the aid of those who are tempted.

Hebrews 2:16-18, For assuredly He does not give help to angels, but He gives help to the descendant of Abraham. Therefore, He had to be made like His brethren in all things, that He might become a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people. For since He Himself was tempted in that which He has suffered, He is able to come to the aid of those who are tempted.

Sometimes we think that no one knows what we are going through. Temptations come to test us, and we know that He will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear, but will provide a way out of every temptation. And even better, He is ready to give us help. He was tempted in every way that we can ever be tempted, and yet did not sin. If only we can remember to ask Him for His help!

Lord, I need Your help when I am tempted; thank You that You are always ready to help me!
