Blessed is he who reads.

Revelation 1:3, Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of the prophecy, and heed the things which are written in it; for the time is near.

This is the one book that carries a blessing with its reading. Believers in Christ have been looking for His return since the day He ascended into Heaven, and we are no different. No one knows, or can know, the exact time of His return, but one thing is certain: we are one day closer. While we are to look for His return, and join in the Maranatha prayer that He should come soon, we also know that He is patient, not wanting any to perish. There are those whose lives we can touch that are seeking Him, and we get to be a part of His amazing work until He returns.
