Full of grace and power.

Acts 6:8-11, And Stephen, full of grace and power, was performing great wonders and signs among the people. But some men from what was called the Synagogue of the Freedmen, including both Cyrenians and Alexandrians, and some from Cilicia and Asia, rose up and argued with Stephen. And yet they were unable to cope with the wisdom and the Spirit with which he was speaking.

Stephen was chosen as a deacon, one of those who were chosen to see that the widows were fairly treated. He was obviously skilled in the word and filled with the Holy Spirit who gave him the wisdom in the face of those who were threatened by the gospel. No matter what our calling or our work might be for His kingdom, we have His Holy Spirit to lead and guide us!

Come, Holy Spirit, I need Your wisdom and guidance in all that I do; fill my with Your grace and power that I may do everything as unto You, Lord.
