Glorify Thy Son.

John 17:1-4, These things Jesus spoke; and lifting up His eyes to heaven, He said, “Father, the hour has come; glorify Thy Son, that the Son may glorify Thee, even as Thou gavest Him authority over all mankind, that to all whom Thou hast given Him, He may give eternal life. And this is eternal life, that they may know Thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom Thou hast sent.”

The horror of the cross is seen as glory only in what it accomplishes, taking on the sin of the world. And on the other side of the cross is the glory of the resurrection, appearing to over five hundred witness and ascending to the throne. Imagine Him now as He is interceding for us to bring forth the plans that He has for us!

Thank You for eternal life that we may know You, Father, and Jesus Christ who saves us!
