A fulfillment.

Luke 1:44-45, “For behold, when the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby leaped in my womb for joy. And blessed is she who believed that there would be a fulfillment of what had been spoken to her by the Lord.”

Clearly Mary understood the fulfillment of God’s promises made so long ago, that the Lord would provide His seed, His offspring, to bless the world. And even the baby John in the womb recognized His presence. His promises are for us and all who believe as we are reminded in this wonderful season!

Open the eyes of the blind, who so desperately need Your promises, Lord Jesus; thank You for using us as Your servants to bring Your light to a world in such great darkness.
