Have this attitude.

Philippians 2:5-7, Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men.

I’m drawn to this scripture on this Christmas Eve, for it shows us how much He was willing to give to rescue us from our enemies. He laid aside His glory in unapproachable light to be born in circumstances more humble that we can imagine. He wants all to know of His love and His good news, proclaimed with great joy this season!

Help us to have this attitude of Your humility as we love and serve others to make Your name known among all the nations, Lord Jesus.
