Under His feet.
1 Corinthians 15:25-26, For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet. The last enemy that will be abolished is death.
Paul makes it very clear that the resurrection is a vital part of what Christ has done for us, for not only did He die on the cross, but He was resurrected. He goes so far as to say that without this we are still dead in our sins! And we long for the day when He will put this last enemy under His feet, death itself!
We long for the day when faith becomes sight; use us in the only day we have, “today,” in Your amazing plans!
