Fight the good fight of faith.

1 Timothy 6:12, Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

It should be obvious that there is a battle going on and that we are called to take a stand, and not only to stand, but to press into the fight. And we are not alone; we are on the side of the Sovereign King of the universe, who even now intercedes for us. “For our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities and powers, the spiritual forces of this dark world.” He has put us right where we are to make a difference and empowered us with His Holy Spirit. He has plans for us before the great and mighty day of the Lord which He will bring about in His own time.
