December 15, 2011, Weep no more.
Revelation 5:5, And one of the elders said to me, “Weep no more; behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has conquered, so that he can open the scroll and its seven seals.”
John sees this marvelous scroll, and realizes that no one is able to open the scroll. Yet there is one who is worthy, and one who has gone where we could not go. Jesus, the Lion, the Root of David, has gone to the heavens and the depths of the Earth to proclaim victory over the power of sin and death! And He alone is worthy to open the scrolls, for He has conquered! Do we realize the amazing power dthat He has given us?
We give thanks that You have paid the price to set us free, and that You are worthy to open the scroll!
