The endurance of the saints.

Revelation 14:12, Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and hold fast to the faith of Jesus.

What an amazing gift we have in the gospel of Jesus Christ, for if he is but an example for us we are headed for trouble. He is far more than that, he has promised to send us his Holy Spirit, to guide us into all truth. And to all who receive him, he gives the power to become children of God, “who were born, not of blood or of the will of the flesh or of the will of man, but of God.” As the hymn writer penned, “What a friend we have in Jesus!”
