Propitiation by his blood.

Romans 3:22b-25a, For there is no distinction: for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith.

The law provides only conviction and condemnation, for no one but Jesus Christ has ever lived according to it perfectly. And because of his perfect sacrifice, God was able to pass over former sins and even those yet to come! The cross is like a spiritual ground zero for the implosion of all sin, for it is able to absorb all that we can offer up. How amazing is his grace!

We thank you for your amazing grace, for the cross that is able to absorb all of our sin and present us to you holy!
