“Who touched my garments?”

Mark 5:30, And Jesus, perceiving in himself that power had gone out from him, immediately turned about in the crowd and said, “Who touched my garments?” And his disciples said to him, “You see the crowd pressing around you, and yet you say, ‘Who touched me?’”

The people were pressing around Jesus for all sorts of reasons, but there was one woman who was beyond all hope medically, suffering greatly, whose faith drove her to press in to touch him, believing that if she could even just touch his garments she would be made well. Are we just curious onlookers going along with a crowd? How many of us come to him with that kind of faith, seeking to find him as our purpose, our all in all?

We come to you seeking your purpose, to abide in your vine, to produce your fruit!
