His dominion is an everlasting dominion.
Daniel 7:13-14, “I kept looking in the night visions, and behold, with the clouds of heaven One like a Son of Man was coming, and He came up to the Ancient of Days and was presented before Him. And to Him was given dominion, glory and a kingdom, that all the peoples, nations, and men of every language might serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion which will not pass away; and His kingdom is one which will not be destroyed.”
We know the One of whom Daniel speaks, for He was made “a little while lower than the angels, namely, Jesus.” He was “perfected in sufferings,” to bring us with Him as children of His glory, and had rendered powerless the enemy that has enslaved us. And we have His promise that He will be with us, even to the end of the age, as we go forth and make disciples of all nations!
Give us Your strength for today, that we will be faithful in what You call us to do as You are making disciples who make disciples.
