My circumstances.
Philemon 12-14, Now I want you to know, brethren, that my circumstances have turned out for the greater progress of the gospel, so that my imprisonment in the cause of Christ has become well known throughout the whole praetorian guard and to everyone else, and that most of the brethren, trusting in the Lord because of my imprisonment, have far more courage to speak the word of God without fear.
How many times do I complain about trivial matters, circumstances that are seemingly beyond my control? It might just be that the delay I have in traffic is there for a reason, for the greater progress of the gospel. Paul saw even his imprisonment as advancing the cause of Christ and an encouragement to boldness for others. Why not look for His hand to use every circumstance to advance His good news of Jesus Christ?
Father, forgive my petty, complaining attitude and let me see Your hand at work in every circumstance.
