A life giving spirit.

1 Corinthians 15:45-49, So also it is written, “The first MAN, Adam, BECAME A LIVING SOUL.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural; then the spiritual. The first man is from the earth, earthy; the second man is from heaven. As is the earthy, so also are those who are earthy; and as is the heavenly, so also are those who are heavenly. And just as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

Life itself is incredibly amazing and the soul of man is even more so. For God created man in His own image and then breathed life into him. We probably cannot even imagine what life was like before the fall of Adam; and we have but a faint idea of what is yet to come as we now have been born again into the spiritual life! Our minds cannot even conceive of eternity, of Jesus Christ without beginning and without end; what amazing things does He have in store for us as we are perfected into heavenly beings?

Use us today in Your amazing plans as You perfect us for eternity as Your new creation in Christ Jesus, Father.
