Be strong.
1 Corinthians 16:13-14, Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love.
Be on the alert: we have an enemy that prowls about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may consume. He is the one who is able to make us stand for it is by faith that we are saved, by grace, which is the gift of God. He wants us to take responsibility as men, putting on His armor and all spiritual strength which He freely gives. And most importantly, He wants us to show the same love He has show us to a sin-sick world.
Thank You for Your word; strengthen us today in each of these areas that we might serve You well in humility.
