Keeping faith.

1 Timothy 1:18-19, This command I entrust to you, Timothy, my son, in accordance with the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may fight the good fight, keeping faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected and suffered shipwreck in regard to their faith.

We don’t all have the same calling as Paul or Timothy, but we all need this advice to fight the good fight. He has given us the gift of faith, and we know that even mustard seed faith is powerful. Am I keeping that faith and a good conscience? We are in a battle, but He has all that we need to overcome-- we know Him who has overcome the world.

We are born of God, and so faith is our victory that overcomes the world!
