Suffer hardship.

2 Timothy 2:3, Suffer hardship with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.

Paul was well aware of the hardships of following Christ, of beatings, left for dead, shipwrecked and in prison. He knew the importance of the strength of the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. What would happen today if we were living under this kind of hardship, the kind that a soldier is willing to endure to gain higher ground?

Lord, I take so many of Your blessings for granted; I thank You for Your grace in all things, even in hardship.
