Reconciling the world to Himself.

2 Corinthians 5:17-18, Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ, and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

Do we see ourselves as ambassadors of reconciliation? The word conciliate carries the idea of winning over, of unity, of a council, bringing together a gathering of those who have been transformed by the living God in Christ Jesus. Are we are lead by His Spirit, knowing that others can receive the same forgiveness of sin, that they too may be transformed by the renewing of our minds? What an exciting adventure He leads us on!

Continue Your work in us that we may embrace all that You have and that others will come to know Your amazing grace that seeks to reconcile the world.
