The light of life.
John 8:12, Again therefore Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world; he who follows Me shall not walk in the darkness, but shall have the light of life.”
The Pharisees did not accept the reality of who Jesus is; Jesus said Himself that men love the darkness more than coming into the light, “for their deeds were evil.” His light never changes, it is we who seem to be distracted and move out of His light. He is still there, and His light is always able to overcome the darkness!
Help me to keep my eyes on You, to stay in the light, to follow You today and every day, Lord Jesus.
