Overflowing with gratitude.

Colossians 2:6-7, As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed, and overflowing with gratitude.

He is the One who has “nailed to the cross” our “certificate of debt,” a debt that we could never pay. When we receive Him, He is the one who is able to establish us, and strength us daily. Even though we may sometime slip and stumble, He is there for us, ready to receive us, to raise us up and to forgive us. What better reason do we have for joy and thanksgiving every day!
