Consider yourselves to be dead to sin.
Romans 6:11, Even so consider yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
It’s pretty obvious that even when we come to Christ and have His new life, we still stumble and fall. What power we have in this scripture, for even though we still make mistakes and succumb to temptation, we are to consider ourselves alive to Him! What freedom we have in Christ.
We thank You for Your amazing grace, for receiving us when we stumble and fall and turn again to You.
