The strength of His might.
Ephesians 6:10-11, Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, that you may be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
I often address my friends with a “Hey, you mighty man of God.” They’re not quite sure whether I’m serious, but I am. It’s not anything that any of us can do, like working out at the gym, it’s what He is able to do for us. We are indeed in a battle, and only He is able to make us might warriors!
We claim Your mighty strength that we may be able to stand in Your power today, O Lord God Almighty.
