The Chief Corner Stone.
Luke 20:17, But He looked at them and said, "What then is this that is written, 'The stone which the builders rejected, This became the chief corner stone'?"
Truly, God’s ways are not our ways and His thoughts are not our thoughts. We can certainly see how the disciples looked to Jesus demonstrating His great power to the entire world by establishing an earthly kingdom and vanquishing all His enemies. His plan of sending His beloved Son to suffer and die is not one that any man would conceive, and yet in it is the power to save us all. He that was rejected has become the most wonderful "chief corner stone."
We stand in awe of Your amazing plan; bring forth Your fruit in our lives!
