Walking in the light of His countenance.

Psalm 89:15-16, How blessed are the people who know the joyful sound! O Lord, they walk in the light of Thy countenance. In Thy name they rejoice all the day, and by Thy righteousness they are exalted.

And how much more light we have than the Psalmist, who had not see what the Lord would do in bringing us His only begotten Son as our perfect sacrifice, once and for all. Even in walking by faith they could sing and rejoice in His light. How much more can we rejoice knowing what we know about our Redeemer and King?

Truly it is by Your Righteous Redeemer that we are exalted; we rejoice in the light of Christ today!
