Christ's afflictions.

Colossians 1:24, Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh I do my share on behalf of His body (which is the church) in filling up that which is lacking in Christ's afflictions.

I get annoyed at having to wait too long at a stoplight. Paul's attitude is indeed amazing, to be able to rejoice in suffering for the sake of the church and his mission. Even though he was ill when he came to the Galatians, he preached anyway. Paul was able to see his own afflictions as lacking compared to those of Christ. What if I spent as much time giving thanks as I do complaining?

Thank You for blessing us in so many ways, for loving us even when we complain and forget to give thanks.
