Full of light.

Luke 11:33-36, “No one, after lighting a lamp, puts it away in a cellar, nor under a peck-measure, but on the lampstand, in order that those who enter may see the light. The lamp of your body is your eye; when your eye is clear, your whole body also is full of light; but when it is bad, your body also is full of darkness. Then watch out that the light in you may not be darkness. If therefore your whole body is full of light, with no dark part in it, it shall be wholly illumined, as when the lamp illumines you with its rays."

Jesus told the people that they were blind, not really seeing, not understanding either who He was or what He was about. It’s probably not too different today; it’s easy for us to get an idea about Him and stop with that. He wants us to seek Him fully, to allow Him to reveal Himsef!

Father, fill us with Your light; we want to see Jesus, to follow Him.
