Lord both of the dead and of the living.
Romans 14:7-9, For not one of us lives for himself, and not one dies for himself; for if we live, we live for the Lord, or if we die, we die for the Lord; therefore whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s. For to this end Christ died and lived again, that He might be Lord both of the dead and of the living.
Do we really see our lives as lived for the Lord? Every situation that we find ourselves in is one that He can use. While our life consists of many moments, our death will be one of those moments; even that can be used for His glory. The early church saw even their own death as a way to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. How can He use our moments today?
We want to live for You, and even if we die, to be used by You, Lord Jesus!
