Do not fear them.
Deuteronomy 3:21-22, “And I commanded Joshua at that time, saying, ‘Your eyes have seen all that the Lord your God has done to these two kings; so the Lord shall do to all the kingdoms into which you are about to cross. Do not fear them, for the Lord your God is the one fighting for you.’"
As they prepare to move into the Promised Land, Moses makes it very clear that their victory is going to come from the Lord. They are not to allow fear to overcome the faith that the Lord is with them, and He is fighting for them. We are in a battle today and likewise we need not fear, for He is the one fighting for us! “Faith is the victory that overcomes the world.”
Thank You that You are in control; help us to be faithful in what You call us to do today, Lord.
