Rejoice greatly.

Zechariah 9:9, Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your king is coming to you; he is just and endowed with salvation, humble, and mounted on a donkey, even on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

Jesus put aside His glory and came as a suffering servant, one who had no place of His own. Here we see Him recognized for who He is, the coming King. As we know, the crowds who cried out “Hosanna” would soon turn to cry “Crucify Him.” One day He will return in all His glory, and every knee will bow and recognize Him as King of King, Lord of Lords.

We look to that day when You return as King; use us today in proclaiming Your name with joy to those whom You are calling to life!
