But the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart.

Exodus 10:27-29, But the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and he was not willing to let them go. Then Pharaoh said to him, “Get away from me! Beware, do not see my face again, for in the day you see my face you shall die!” And Moses said, “You are right; I shall never see your face again!”

One last time we see Pharaoh agree to let them go, and then have his heart hardened. He thought that he was in control in telling Moses that he never would see him again; again we see that God is in control. What do I have to fear when God is in control?
