Rejoice in the Lord always.
Philippians 4:4-7, Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Paul reminds us to keep our eyes on those who are faithful, even when there are many who “walk as enemies of Christ,” because “our citizenship is in heaven.” Our savior is the Lord Jesus Christ who will one day transform our lowly body to be like His own! When we have that hope, how can we not rejoice?
We rejoice in the living hope that we have in Christ Jesus!
