The fruit of righteousness.
Philippians 1:9-11, And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
We have these wonderful prayers throughout scripture that we can adopt to pray for each other and ourselves! What better goal is there to ask for His love to abound more and more? We need His knowledge and discernment for everything we do, and He is always willing to give it to us. In Him we have access to excellence and by His power we are purified. As we abide in Him, we can bear His fruit of righteousness!
We thank You that You who have begun a good work in us will bring it to completion!
