The glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.

Exodus 42:34-38, Then the cloud covered the tent of meeting, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle. And Moses was not able to enter the tent of meeting because the cloud had settled on it, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle. And throughout all their journeys whenever the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the sons of Israel would set out; but if the cloud was not taken up, then they did not set out until the day when it was taken up. For throughout all their journeys, the cloud of the LORD was on the tabernacle by day, and there was fire in it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel.

The nation saw the revealed glory of the Lord in a physical way; how much more glorious He will be when our faith becomes sight? He guided their travels through this appearance each day. We have come into His new covenant and He fills us with His Holy Spirit. He does not desire to overpower us, but is always available to guide us. Are we willing to listen to His still, small voice to lead and guide us each day?

Thank You for filling us with Your Holy Spirit; give us ears to Your Spirit’s leading today, Lord.
