Give thanks abundantly to the LORD.

Psalm 101:30-13, With my mouth I will give thanks abundantly to the LORD; and in the midst of many I will praise Him. For He stands at the right hand of the needy to save him from those who judge his soul.

One of my friends noted that we are indeed spoiled by the abundance that we have in this country. When one sees people living happy, contented lives in other parts of the world, one realizes that true happiness comes not from the material wealth. Indeed, though we beyond many kings of old, there are many who think that they never have enough. And happiness in this life is fleeting at best; He offers us true joy as we accept His promise of eternal life. No matter what our circumstances, He promises that He will never leave us nor forsake us.

Thank You for Your promises that are “Yes” and “Amen” for all eternity!
