Set your hope.
1 Peter 1:13, Therefore, preparing your minds for action, and being sober-minded, set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
Some set their hope on the things of this world which can never fully satisfy the longing we have for something better. We have the ultimate hope in the grace soon to be revealed at His coming; in the mean time, He is using us in His amazing plan. He gives us the fruit of His Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. And being sober minded doesn’t mean joyless, for we know that He is coming soon!
