“Work the works of Him who sent me.”

John 9:4-5, “We must work the works of him who sent me while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”

Jesus walked in close fellowship with the Father and did those things laid out for Him, to display the works of God. And He has put His spirit within each of us that we might also carry His light into a dark world. Are we spending time seeking what the Father wants to do, and where those good works are that He wants us to do today?

Lead us into Your good works; keep us walking in Your light!
